- You assume full responsibility for market fluctuations after purchase

4. Payment Authorization

- Cancellation fees

5. Order Refusal & Cancellation

- Cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud
6. Risk of Loss
All items:
- Become the responsibility of the customer once marked delivered by the carrier
- Are shipped with care and may include insurance where applicable

- Delays caused by carriers
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions shall be:

- Resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, where applicable
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
You agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- That fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Account bans
- Collection actions
- Legal claims
