  • Are final sale and non-refundable once an order is confirmed

3. Market Risk & Market Loss Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Precious metals markets are volatile and subject to rapid price fluctuations
  • You assume all risk of market movement after purchase
  • Any cancellation or failure to complete a transaction constitutes a breach of contract

If canceled:

  • You are responsible for any market loss, defined as the difference between:

    • The current market price at the time of cancellation
  • A minimum 10% fee may apply, or the market loss, whichever is greater

4. Order Cancellations

Bullion Orders

  • Final and binding upon confirmation
  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed
  • Subject to market loss and/or minimum 10% fee

Non-Bullion Orders

  • May be canceled prior to shipment
  • May incur processing or restocking fees

Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Items

  • Non-cancelable due to supplier commitments and market exposure
  • Any exception is subject to applicable fees and/or market loss


5. Returns & Refunds

Bullion Products

  • Non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Exceptions only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 days of delivery

Non-Bullion Products

  • Eligible for return within 15 days of delivery
  • Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee

Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior approval
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused


6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Tracking is provided upon shipment
