A Goldback is a voluntary form of local currency made with real 24-karat gold. Goldbacks are available in several denominations, making it possible to own, save, gift, collect, or barter with small amounts of physical gold.
Is K2BX an authorized Goldback distributor?
Yes. K2 Bullion Exchange LLC, also known as K2BX, is an authorized Goldback distributor.
When do presale items ship?
Presale items ship as soon as we receive them from our supplier. Estimated arrival dates are provided when available, but delays may occur during production or transportation.
Will in-stock and presale items ship together?
Yes. In-stock and presale items purchased in the same order will normally ship together after the presale items arrive, unless other arrangements are made.
What is your return policy for bullion?
Due to changes in precious-metal market prices, all bullion sales are final. We do not accept returns on bullion products.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. We offer combined shipping whenever possible for items purchased together.
How quickly do orders ship?
In-stock orders normally ship within one to two business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. K2BX currently ships only within the United States.
