Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended


Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked as pre-sale or pre-order will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship
  • Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped
  • Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system


Shipping Insurance

  • Orders may include shipping insurance at our discretion or as selected at checkout
  • We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping for higher-value orders


Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

  • All shipments are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery
  • K2 Bullion Exchange LLC is not responsible for:
    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


Signature Confirmation

  • Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders
  • This is for your protection and ensures secure delivery


Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:
    • Additional shipping charges
    • Restocking or cancellation fees


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Events beyond our control


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of:
    • Packaging
    • Item(s) received

Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
  • Resolution will follow the carrier’s investigation process


International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
