Return & Refund Policy

At K2 Bullion Exchange LLC, all transactions are governed by the terms below. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.


Bullion Products (Gold, Silver, Copper, Platinum)

Final Sale & Binding Agreement

All bullion sales are final and non-refundable upon order confirmation. Orders constitute a legally binding agreement based on locked-in market pricing at the time of purchase.


Market Loss Policy (Enforceable)

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the following:

  • You assume all risk associated with market price fluctuations
  • Any cancellation constitutes a breach of contract
  • You are liable for any market loss, defined as the difference between:
    • The confirmed purchase price, and
    • The current market price at the time of cancellation

If market prices decline:

  • You authorize K2 Bullion Exchange LLC to recover the loss, including charging the payment method on file where permitted by law

If market prices increase:

  • No gain or credit will be issued


Cancellation Fees

Approved cancellations will incur:

  • A minimum 10% cancellation fee, or
  • The full market loss, whichever is greater

K2 Bullion Exchange LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance resulting from market loss.


Limited Exceptions (Bullion Only)

Returns are only permitted if:

  • You receive an incorrect item, or
  • The item arrives damaged

You must:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence
  • Retain original packaging

Failure to comply voids eligibility.


Non-Bullion Items

15-Day Return Window

Eligible non-bullion items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-sale / pre-order items
  • Limited mintage collectibles
  • Final sale items


Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior approval.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.


Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier
  • K2 Bullion Exchange LLC is not liable for carrier errors once delivery is confirmed


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Applicable fees will be deducted


Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting K2 Bullion Exchange LLC
  • That this policy serves as evidence of agreement in any payment dispute
  • That any fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law
