Cryptocurrency (USDC) Payment Policy

K2 Bullion Exchange LLC accepts USD Coin (USDC) cryptocurrency payments through Shopify Payments.

Payment Processing and Order Fulfillment

Cryptocurrency payments may require additional processing and verification time. Although many payments are processed promptly, some transactions may take several days to be confirmed.

Orders with payments awaiting authorization, capture, or final confirmation will remain on fulfillment hold until Shopify Payments confirms that payment has been successfully received.

Once payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfillment, K2BX will release the payment-related hold and begin processing the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Selecting expedited shipping does not bypass payment verification. Shipping and delivery time estimates apply after the order has been released for fulfillment, not while payment is pending.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cryptocurrency orders are subject to K2BX's applicable cancellation and return policies. Eligible refunds are processed through the original supported payment method according to Shopify Payments procedures.
